Comfortable cottage with everything you would need.

Pros: Very nice and spacious good location comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Shower a bit low for anyone over six feet!

Comfortable and Cosy

Pros: Lovely location, well furnished with good amenities.

Cons: We didn’t realise the garden was shared but this was not an issue.

Like a home from home and will definitely be back

Pros: The property is very spacious and the host has thought of everything, from books, jigsaws and blankets on the sofa. The bed was very comfortable and it felt very homely. We will be back again

Cons: Not much in the area however that didn’t bother us as it was very local to the wedding we were attending

Lovely stay in a lovely cottage

Pros: Spacious, clean, peaceful, good location for a number of places, everything you need for a nice break away!

Cons: Everything was brilliant… if you were being really fussy, the rooms got a little bit warm in the evening as the heating system is always on, but that’s being really picky.

Okay for a short stay

Pros: The cottage was comfortable and was all we needed for a short stay.

Cons: The mugs hanging on the rack were sticky and one in the cupboard was unwashed. The draw handles were also sticky. With no shop in the village it would have been useful to have a welcome pack of at least a pint of milk in the fridge. There plenty of jars of spices and herbs but no instant coffee.

Tranquil and easy access from motorway , loved it.

Pros: Great location , quiet and comfortable. Excellent communication from host , good value for money.

Absolutely perfect cottage !

Pros: OMG if you don't come stay here you are missing out. The cottage itself is located out the way of a main road and is perfect for a lovely get away. The deco is perfect for a cottage, I loved the upcycled units in bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the place is a lovely size with everything you need and more. Collecting the wood for the fire also gave it an extra special touch. Also our dogs loved it, we will be back.

The Lake District is just beautiful xxx

Pros: The property was so comfortable. We enjoyed lovely walks and exploring. Even though we stayed just outside the Lake District National Park it was only a 20-30 min drive to explore.

Loved the quiet and the set up. This is a spacious cottage.

Pros: The host was great I arrived when it was dark and had trouble seeing the keys/lockbox. The host was quick to respond and I let myself in easily. The cottage has a great dining kitchen and I liked to curl up in the little room that looked out onto the garden and read.
