Lake District Solway View 16 The Beeches Caravan Park

Pros: Beautiful place to stay with amazing views. Fabulous location, lovely and peaceful. There was everything in the mobile home that we needed and a lovely touch with fresh eggs, bread, butter left plus fresh cut flowers. I would highly recommend this place. Good communication with the owners

Pros: The Caravan itself was lovely and spacious and very clean. The cooking facilities seemed good too although we only used the microwave a couple of times. The location is excellent you're not too far from anywhere and the actual site itself is surprisingly private aswell.

Cons: We can't fault the location or the Caravan itself.

Pros: Lovely location, dog friendly , nice corner plot on the small caravan park, quiet, wonderful views, very clean, a few food essentials very kindly left, met our needs perfectly, thank you very much!

Pros: The caravan is wonderful, the owners have made a real effort to make it so homely and comfortable, lots of seating options inside and out and a very well equipped kitchen! The view out over the fields is lovely, especially with the patio doors open, it feels like bringing the outside in…there was also a nice sea breeze which kept us cool despite the 30 degree heatwave! And then there’s the sunsets, which on both nights we were there were simply stunning! There’s a lovely woodland walk around the ghyl, and a decent pint at the Masons arms across the road!

Cons: could not find walking paths anywhere near to caravan to take dog for walk but short drive out there are plenty

Pros: The hosts were brilliant with communication and super helpful. The view from the little deck through the patio doors is wonderful and with the doors open it's like being outside while comfortably indoors.

Cons: The duvets are a little thin for my taste but that's personal preference and they're perfectly serviceable.
