Perfect for unwinding & recharging
Pros: Beautiful cabin, perfect for a quiet weekend away to recharge. Very cosy, quiet and comfortable but not too remote. Host Rachel was lovely and very knowledgeable. Loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Cosy
Pros: Loved the decor very cute & cosy. Lovely scenery around the cabin. Great location for walks and nature - I visited Dumfries House, Woodroad Park / Barony A Frame / Knockshinnoch & Catrine which were all under 20mins drive away. Good amenities in the cabin. Cabin heat up well even though it was February & windy weather.

Pros: Lovely cabin, received warm welcome from the owner. Cabin clean and comfortable, excellent location, private and quiet, ideal just to get away, and unwind.
Cons: The cabin was cold, and took a few hours to heat up after our arrival, but once it was warm it was ok. Bathroom was really cold, and shower wasn't very warm. The owner, did explain yhat heating system, and Bathroom are due upgrade this year.

Ideal for a stay away ngt with your partner
Pros: This was our 2nd time staying at the cosy wood cabin! Just like the 1st time, we left thinking its a fantastic venue for a couple to get away. Host Rachel was fantastic, the cabin has everything we needed for a ngt away and ngt in! Probably won't be the last time we visit and will continue to highly recommend it for a weekend stay away.
