Serena Holiday Caravan

Pros: Its a beautiful caravan and the views are amazing. Fast Internet. Great water pressure, so showers are lovely. Bath was a bonus. Very well equipt.

Cons: Leaving

Pros: I liked the entire setup of different rooms and facilties in the caravan, the way different things were designed, availability of all the appliances which were in superior condition along with the extensive range of kitchenette which was available to us for use. I also liked the entire aesthetics of the caravan and also some of the minor details e.g. the WiFi details were available right in front us below the TV with credentials seen in perfectly readable fonts and also the TV was already connected to WiFi (I can tell you this doesn't happen everywhere). So I truly loved the entire experience of the Caravan and I can definitely say this was our best Caravan experience amongst all those we did in the UK. Kudos to all the hard work that hosts have put into this brilliant caravan property. Would highly highly recommend this property.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

Pros: Very clean, spacious, comfortable and designed with taste. We loved our stay, and definitely will book again.

Stunning views and lovely location.

Pros: Location was great with stunning views and shops less than 20 mins drive for anything we needed. Lovely and clean caravan and very modern. Loved having a bath too. Will deffo be back soon! Loved our stay. All very easy self check in and check out. Also very friendly host when we asked if we could bring my boyfriends son as a last minute change of plans even though we didn’t book for him to come.

Cons: Fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy and the boiler too but can’t be helped. The bed is also a bit short feet were hanging over the bottom and neither of us are tall, though this is typically expected and unavoidable.

Amazing Getaway With A View

Pros: Loved the location, site was perfect with map provided of site and instructions on getting the key prior to arrival. Staff friendly and amazing views from the clean and tidy lodge. Fridge, cooker, microwave etc all worked and would happily stay again. Even met a very friendly tabby cat patrolling on our second to last day on our way to use the laundry facilities!

Cons: Nothing wrong with it for the price. Lovely lodge to stay in

Pros: We arrived to a lovely bottle of white wine, red roses and rose petals on the dining table. There was also a coffee machine including pods to use. The caravan was immaculately clean and really cosy. We loved our stay here.

Lovely little holiday location

Pros: Van was really nice.. Perfect location and peaceful , very clean and tidy well looked after, you can see the team at skiddaw View holliday park work hard to ensure visitors have a clean comfortable stay. Views from the van are spectacular indeed.

Cons: As much as it's the best caravan/Lodge I have stayed in the only thing I struggled with was the mattress

Nice, comfortable, warm stay in the Lakes

Pros: It was clean, modern, really well equipped, nothing like the caravans you used to get. Heating worked really well even in the minus temperatures we had while there. Beds were comfy, everything worked as it should and the views of the mountains were great to wake up to.

Cons: Bit out of the way if you prefer to be in a town, nothing else to dislike

Fantastic!

Pros: Stunning location, peaceful and perfect for our stopover break before travelling to Scotland. The lodge was very clean, modern and comfortable and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Cons: Not really a dislike but we thought larger saucepans would be a good idea to cater for larger families. Also better information regarding rubbish/recycling bins in caravan....we were unsure which bin was for what purpose.

A modern , quality fitted home in a peaceful location perfect to recharge the batteries

Pros: Peaceful location with superb quality furnishings. We've stayed a number of times at Skidaw View site and always been impressed with the quiet , peaceful location. A place to unwind, relax and recharge the batteries. First time in Serena and it didn't disappoint . Modern , fixtures and fittings . Superb . Love the walk in wardrobe

Cons: Only grioe would be the master bedroom has a slightly shorter than normal double bed. I'm 5 feet 10 and my feet hung over the end. I suspect this is because of the bathroom next door having a bath in it as opposed to a shower and the amount of room t takes coupled with the dressing table. I would have preferred a longer bed and dispense with the dressing table. The master bedroom door needs oiling as it squeeks terribly. Also door on bin cupboard needs relining
