Everything you needed for a very comfortable stay.

Pros: Warm, cosy with everything I needed. Very clean and lovely welcome gifts.

Cons: Everything was wonderful but the steps up to the door were a bit steep for my arthritic knees

We could not have been happier and would highly recommend this property.

Pros: The property was spotless, very comfortable with ample kitchen equipment. Beds very comfortable and plenty of hot water and heating available to us. Plenty of outside seating. There is a private parking area next to the accommodation for one car with street parking for others. The owner was extremely helpful and very easy to contact. We managed to mislay the house keys and Tracy was very understanding about this. Keys now located and on their way back to her.

Unplug and relax!

Pros: Beautiful location, just up from the river Annan. Very quiet village within easy reach of Annan which has some great places to eat (Our Place and The Anglers both good). The walk along the river to Annan and back is stunning). Owners couldn’t have been more accommodating; definitely worth a try.

Pros: Absolutely amazing bungalow with everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. Lovely quiet location. Comfortable quality furnishings. Immaculately clean. Will recommend to all my friends and family and will definitely look to return in the future.

Cons: Having to leave, I wish I had booked a couple more days.

Spot on

Pros: Home from Home, everything we needed. We stayed as we where playing golf golf at Powfoot Golf Club. Nice and quiet and not to far from Annan Town Center. Would definitely stay again.!
