Pros: Lovely owners! Made us feel very welcome! Rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast was lovely and location only 5 minute walk from centre of Keswick

Pros: The hotelier was very welcoming and friendly. Location was fab and close to town. Room was everything I needed and was a treat to watch iplayer in the evening. Breakfast was lovely and filled me up for the day.

Cons: It was pretty basic, but that wasn’t really an issue. I did find it a bit weird at first that there was no other door to the shower, but it was fine.

A brilliant place to stay while visiting the Lakes

Pros: Very friendly staff, stunning view from window, great breakfast and very well placed in Keswick, only 2-3 minutes from the town centre and 5 from the bus station

Cons: Only gripe would be an earlier breakfast especially if you’re there for hikes

Pros: Breakfast excellent. Bed really comfy. Excellent location being only 5mins from keswick town centre. Proprietors very welcoming allowing us to check in early.

Cons: Other half complained room a little cold but there was an extra portable radiator that we could plug in

Pros: Mark and Mindy make the place-friendly, warm and talk to all the guests about where going, recommendations, etc. Even bought my elderly mum some mustard for her sausages on the 2nd morning! Over and beyond Location excellent to wander into Keswick and just a lovely treat weekend in the middle of wet, cold February

Cons: Not much- mattresses a bit soft and bouncy but that is personal taste. Possibly shampoo but understand cuts in current climate. Nope overall really good
