Birch Lodge 12 with Hot Tub

Worth every penny! Absolutely amazing!!

Pros: Everything!! First time coming here and already checking dates to return! Was perfect!

Cons: Nothing! It was perfect!

Excellent short break

Pros: Great quiet location and lodge was very modern and clean. Well maintained and had all kitchen accessories you would need. Excellent heating given we were there in winter. Hot tub especially relaxing. Highly recommend

Cons: WiFi wasn't particularly fast and struggled to stream HD video. Hot tub cover was broken at one side increasing any wind passing through. These are minor things however

The dream place

Pros: The area is very nice and quite. The staff was amazing and friendly. We even got a visit from Tom the neighbouring cat, he was very cute and friendly. The place itself was amazing and we enjoyed our time in the hot tub. It was also the first time we enjoyed the rain as the feeling of warm water and raindrops felt like a dream. The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get out of them. We also liked that there were leaflets and recommendations about near by places for take out food. And it also felt like Christmas as there was a lit up Christmas tree and when we turned on the TV the first channel that turned on was the start of the movie \

Pros: Quiet and relaxed few days, loved the walks with dog.

Cons: Shower kept going cold.

Quiet site. Clean and comfortable.

Pros: Plenty of space. Surfaces to put toiletries on in the bathroom. Good heated towel rail in bathroom. Some tea and coffee supplied. Lovely hot tub. Quiet site.

Cons: There was a remote control for Netflix but we could not get Netflix.

Pearl wedding anniversary with family

Pros: Staff all nice at reception. The lodge was lovely and clean and comfortable. Location excellent, short walk to the small town. Hot tub was amazing and all ready for us arriving

Cons: Sun only round the lodge (12) in the morning, would of been good to have a small patio at the back.

Love it

Pros: It is our 3rd year we stayed at conifer lodges. We love the area and the lodges are clean. We love how friendly is the staff and also that they are dog friendly. Our cocker spaniel enjoyed walks and chilling on the decking.

Cons: Nothing really stands out, if there is a problem the staff there is happy to help. Nothing seems to be a problem.

A really relaxed stay with my 2 teen kids and so much nature

Pros: Loved the size of the bedrooms and the sofas were so comfy and the trays had foil ready to go on them, loved those little touches. And for our dog, her first trip with us. Considering we were closest to reception it had the lower fence built in so even smaller dogs can't try and get out.

Cons: A little more patio space would of been ideal and a smart a TV just for rainy days

Ideal for a short break. Nice and clean.

Pros: Comfortable, clean, cosy. Hot tub was perfect temperature. Property had everything we could have needed for a short stay.

Cons: Shower hot and cold, wouldn’t stay the same temperature. Later check in and earlier check out times compared to other places.

Lovely cottages and it’s the 3rd time we have stayed here over the years

Pros: Conveniently located and an easy walk into the local village

Cons: (The weather!!! Was supposed to be summer) - the property was fine
