Lintmill Lodges - Bluebell Shepherds Hut

Just what we wanted for a quiet weekend

Pros: Beautiful setting and location, nice and secluded and a lot of care has gone into the lodges- very well presented.

Cons: There’s nothing we didn’t like there.

Hoping to return!

Pros: Extremely cosy & comfy. The perfect place for a little getaway. Plenty of storage too, and great hosts! Lovely decorations aswell as we were visiting for a birthday.

Amazing! Nothing more! Very relaxing/chilled break.

Pros: Everything! The Hut had everything you could think of - all aspects are exceptional! A touch of luxury from the fixtures/fittings, Belfast sink, beautiful hand/shower gel/shampoo/conditioner bottle soap dispensers, towels including hand/face/bath sheets/Tea towel & the Bath robes for use with the Hot Tub. The Wood burning Hot Tub was another touch of luxury especially with the views and the smell of the burning wood. Honestly can’t think of anything that can be improved. Truly a relaxing environment & well thought out by the owners Nicola & Allan.

Cons: Absolutely Nothing - it was perfect!

Perfect, relaxing staycation

Pros: Everything you could need was there and if you needed anything extra Nicola the host was more than happy to help you out

Amazing I can’t wait to return!

Pros: Our stay in the Bluebell hut was amazing! Despite the weather being a bit icy and cold it was lovely and warm inside. You are provided with everything you would need from towels, dressing gowns to a welcome basket full of goodies on arrival. If you don’t want to cook there are plenty of places available on just eat which can be delivered to the reception car park! I would recommend paying for the pre lit hotub as I was ready for us on arrival. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. :)

Unreal stay

Pros: Host was so lovely and helpful really looks after the lodges and makes sure everything is set up perfect for guests. Only about 45 mins from Glasgow so it’s perfect for a wee overnight away. Sorn is a lovely place away from everything couldn’t recommend enough.

Cons: Everything was perfect we have nothing bad to say

Pros: Loved the actual shepherd's hut was beautiful inside and out very clean and gorgeous scenery. Probably my favourite overnight stay will definitely be back 🥰

Cons: Only one thing I would say is to pay for ur hot tub log burner to be on for your arriving as we done it on our own and didn't get into the tub until later but that was our own fault for not requesting to have it prelit

Service was absolutely fantastic loved it here will definitely be back .

Pros: I like this property because the cabin was home friendly kept very clean it had everything we needed and overall the hot tub was amazing .

Slice of heaven

Pros: The lodge was beautiful, the hosts thought of everything we could need! We received a welcome basket with water and snacks upon arrival. We chose to have the hot tub pre lit so it was ready to go as soon as we got there. It was super clean, really comfy, had everything we could need and a beautiful peaceful surrounding. It was totally perfect! Hosts were friendly and communicative. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Cons: I liked everything!
