Pros: So comfortable . The owners are very kind and helpful and very understanding.

The location and parking were ideal for what we were staying for, apartment very nice and the owners were very obliging

Cons: Nothing to not like but the rooms were cool on arrival ( heating controlled off site)

It worked for our needs

Pros: Comfortable and convenient for our one night stay to meet up with friends.

Cons: Strange layout, from bedroom have to walk round big pillar in kitchen, through sitting room to bathroom. When we came home after dinner our parking space had been occupied by another car. Not being familiar with the ‘disc’ system had to get up before 8am to move our car.

4 night stay in Petteril House.

Pros: Property is on one level which was good for my mum who has mobility issues. It was very clean, comfortable and warm. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets smelled lovely! Parking space to the side was handy.

Cons: The two steps at the back door were quite steep but the ones at the front were more manageable. Otherwise all was good, couldn’t find a hairdryer and forgot to pack mine.

Pros: This was absolutely exceptional. From the start of booking it and requests made they were so helpful and couldnt do enough to help. The property has a lovely feel to it very homely, big plenty of room and spacious. Incredibly happy with our stay, the bed was very comfortable and plenty of room in the bedroom. I couldnt fault it at all. Very clean and quiet. 1000% recommend and will defanitely be booking again.

Good value stay

Pros: Location ideal for our needs, quiet area despite being off main road, spacious, very comfy bed, great shower, good wifi. Very friendly, chatty cleaning lady.

Cons: A parking space in what is a very busy area was key to our choice of this place and to arrive at 8pm on a Friday following a drive up the M6 straight after a long day at work to find all spaces taken was hardly the ideal start, but it was quickly and efficiently dealt with after a phone call to a number in the info book. We stayed here two years ago and it wasn't a problem, so we had no reason to suspect that might not be the case again and anyway no alternatives were spelled out. The other main quibble was the heating - apparently on auto, locked when we try to adjust it and chilly for those of us who are out until after 10pm and want to relax on our return, as it seemed to have been on in our absence. Only other disappointments were the TV - lovely big set but Freeview only was a letdown; in this day and age, a smart TV would have been welcome - and that the light switch in the kitchen is in a very strange place on a pillar. Took us ages to find it on arrival, despite having stayed here before.
