Brilliant accommodation, would stay again.

Cons: Nothing, it was all good.

Great flat but heating needs upgrade

Pros: The flat was very spacious and there was plenty of storage space. Incredible - most flats are rather too small. We had 2 bathrooms. Lots of room in the kitchen , sugar & tea provided. No noise from neighbours. Two sofas to sit on. There was a dedicated parking space. A fruit bowl was provided - a rarity! The site manager was great - he was readily available and really helpful.

Cons: No dishwasher! The heating was playing up - though we did have fan heaters they were noisy. Despite calling in the heating engineer we ended up with just one rad in the bedroom which was tropical while the rest of the flat was cold. We had plenty of cutlery except for some reason only 4 forks. Instant coffee but no fresh. The fan didn't work.in the shared bathroom so it got rather hot and steamy. It seems like lots of faults, but really it was a great place and we enjoyed staying there.

Good value 2 night stay - but access details arriving far too late prior to arrival

Pros: bedrooms were very large with plenty of storage spaces. The heating was very good throughout. the wifi was good. cooking equipment was more than sufficient.

Cons: Arrived at apartment at 4pm as advised but no email or instructions where the keys were/what the code was. Also car parking not clear at all - we parked near the apartment as implied in the advertising and straight away another resident blocked us in and complained we used there space. We had to calm him down and apologise. And we were still not inside the apartment. We had to call the mobile number to chase up details which we then had relayed back on the phone a short while later (thank you Graham) - the required email arrived over an hour later - too late. Also the apartment details says/continues to state \

Pros: Manager was highly attentive to all questions asked,calling around when I was not available by phone.Everything supplied that you could need for your stay.We we're staying with elderly parents with reduced mobility so the flat was ideal all on one level & ensuite has walk in shower Would book again Thankyou for renting to us & for a great stay

Pros: We love the distance to the city centre 10 mins walk, loads of shops, restaurants, pubs ideal, close to the park which was great for us with 2 dogs, will definitely return very spacious apartment great having 2 bathrooms would recommend.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Spacious and well appointed quiet location with a supermarket round the corner pub and Chinese takeaway nearby 15 min walk to a brilliant town centre although there’s a lot of work being carried out we look forward to our return visit

Fab location right in the centre. We started our Hadrian’s wall walk in style.

Pros: Great location and lovely to have 2 bathrooms. Very large beds! Spacious for a 2 bed flat and lots of parking
